If you are trying to marry an inmate at Pitchess Detention Center (formerly called Wayside) in Castaic, CA, but do NOT have a valid government issued photo ID for the inmate, such as a driver's license, State Identification Card, you can still get married using two witnesses to identify your loved one who is incarcerated. There are a few additional steps but it is possible!
